Convening is an important part of placing strong, competitive teams in their proper divisions. However, it is important that all associations do the same and not try to weigh lower levels with teams that should be placed in stronger levels.

Cooksville spends a lot of time placing our teams in their proper divisions, but we need assistance from the other associations to do the same.

All issues must be placed to the appropriate convenor in that division. Further calls should then be placed to the Senior Convenor.
